Nose👃🏼: Sandy beach, salted caramel chocolate, stone fruits and sweet honey

Taste 👅: Sandalwood, oak sawdust, honey soaked malt, chocolate raisins and fruity notes

Finish 🏁 : Sweet fruity notes and lots of oak

Thoughts 💭: Initially matured in American oak before being finished in ex 30yo Olorosso sherry casks for 6 months, this dram gives some great depth and sweet notes
