Colour 🌈: Light Gold

Nose👃🏼: Honey, pear drops, peaches, lemon peel and some hay

Taste 👅: Creamy in texture, lots of honeyed malt and vanilla. Some cracked sea salt and spicy black pepper with lots of fruit

Finish 🏁 : Ripe pears lingers and turns more like pear drops with some lemon sorbet

Thoughts 💭: Seems a fairly underrated dram due to it being a blend, I would rate this fairly similar to the Hazleburn 10 really, it’s got some complexity in there and it’s fairly easy to find
