Colour 🌈: Light Gold

Nose👃🏼: Lots of fruit, pears, green apples, honey and malt 

Taste 👅: Subtle fruit with lots of caramel and black pepper spice takes over

Finish 🏁 : Lingering black pepper, some more caramel and a dry oak

Thoughts 💭: I sampled this one over a year ago at a whisky festival so my notes aren’t great however I do recall being a little disappointed by it. Of all the Penderyn’s it was definitely my least favourite.
