Taste 👅: Sweet honey and caramel, big hit of ginger spice, brown sugar and dusty books

Finish 🏁 : Rye bread, red apple peel and cola

Thoughts 💭: I first tried this at the whisky show and it is by far one of my favourite rye whiskies, brilliantly balanced and sweet
