Colour 🌈: Caramel

Nose👃🏼: Church wine is followed up with a hit of bourbon, fruity scents of red berries and oranges along with dusty church benches

Taste 👅: Tastes how it smells, quite odd but flavourful with great fruity hits and dusty wine, big spice sizzles and gives hints of plums and raisins

Finish 🏁 : Sherried fruits and a warm spice

Thoughts 💭: Incredibly interesting dram full of complexity but the Sherry and bourbon flavours are incredibly pronounced rather than subtle possibly due to younger maturation in the casks. Being cask strength the flavours are very bold and the whisky is allowed to open up with a few drops of water if desired.
