Colour 🌈: Amber

Nose👃🏼: Rye, apple peel, banana bread and cinnamon

Taste 👅: Hit of rye, ginger spice, tropical fruit and cherries

Finish 🏁 : Peppery spice with hints of brown sugar and dry oak

Thoughts 💭: It’s a nice dram with some tropical flavours imparted by the ex-rum casks but the rye really pops delivering spicy notes whilst the corn enhances the sweetness
