Taste 👅: Cola and rye with chilli spice and dusty books

Finish 🏁 : Fizzling spice continues into dry oak

Thoughts 💭: A nice bourbon, the mash of 60% corn, 35% rye and 5% malted barley is evident in the flavour. The rye punches through the sweet brown sugar flavours whilst the corn delivers its typical spices. The mash makes it an interesting bourbon and different from the usual crowd, very pleasant
