Taste 👅: Spicy with sweet fruit, dry rosé, vanilla fudge and pink lady apples.

Finish 🏁 : Warm spice fizzles and reveals dried berries

Thoughts 💭: Incredibly tasty and easy to drink whisky but it feels like the wine cask possibly delivers a bit too much and makes the whisky taste more like a wine matured in whisky casks rather than vice versa
