Colour 🌈: Caramel
Nose👃🏼: Caramel, creamy chocolate, sweet sherry notes and plums
Taste 👅: Flavour is quite light but there are sweet notes of hot chocolate, brown sugar, brine, caramel and oak
Finish 🏁 : Spicy plum finish
Thoughts 💭: This whisky feels like it promises more than it delivers. The nose is fantastic on it but the delivered flavour is just a touch on the weak side. It feels like if they had just left it to mature in its casks a few more years then they would have had a quality whisky on their hands.
